Rooted in a love for creation and craft, The Bakistry was born from Vidhu Saxena's lifelong pursuit to merge precision with passion. Once a chemistry teacher, Vidhu found her truest elements in her own kitchen alive with aroma, color, and imagination. What began as an exploration of recipes soon evolved into a studio of edible art — where butter, ganache and cream come together to tell stories.

Vidhu Saxena, founder of The Bakistry, is both an artist and an entrepreneur—someone who effortlessly blends creative intuition with sharp business acumen. With ideas that come alive through ganache, flour, and form, she transforms every concept into an edible masterpiece that tells a story.
Her journey began in 2019 as a home baker, fueled by a passion for craftsmanship she turned it into a Cake Studio and Patisserie. What started as a personal pursuit quickly evolved into a thriving venture, first as a cloud kitchen and now as two successful stores across Delhi NCR. Vidhu's approach to her work is rooted in experience, discipline, and a vision that goes far beyond the kitchen.
With over 25 years of baking expertise, she brings together artistry, precision, and entrepreneurial drive that built The Bakistry into a brand admired by both dessert lovers and fellow bakers across the country. Her story continues to inspire many who believe that it is never too late to reimagine one's passion and turn it into something truly extraordinary.
Sanidhya SaxenaCo-Founder and Chief Business Officer
Sanidhya Saxena, Co-founder of The Bakistry, is a strategist with an entrepreneurial mind and a creative heart. Curious and driven from an early age, he has always found energy in building ideas from the ground up. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS University, Sanidhya's journey has been shaped by both innovation and intent.
He began his professional path interning with Google at YouTube and went on to work with Asian Paints as a Brand Manager, managing a diverse portfolio across India. These experiences honed his understanding of brand storytelling and the balance between strategy and emotion.
Having founded and led his own startup that was later acquired by a major conglomerate, Sanidhya decided to follow his entrepreneurial calling once again—this time alongside his mother. At The Bakistry, he leads strategy and expansion, guided by the same belief that inspired him from the beginning: when passion meets purpose, incredible things take shape.
