All our cakes are freshly made daily by our bakers at our cloud kitchens across Delhi NCR.

All our cakes are a 100% eggless.

They should be ideally consumed on the day of purchase, but will remain fresh for up to 2-3 days under refrigeration.

Kindly mention any such allergies while ordering, we will make sure these ingredients are not used while baking your cake.

A 1 kg cake will serve approximately 10-12 people. Using this, you can estimate the weight of the cake needed by you as per the number of people you wish to serve the cake.

We can customize your cake as per your requirement. You can choose your cake design, cake flavour, filling and type of icing (Coloured white chocolate ganache/buttercream/ Whipped cream).

We suggest looking at the designs on our website, Instagram page or using google search. We can customize the design according to your requirements.

We suggest that cakes above 2 kgs should be iced with either coloured white chocolate ganache or buttercream for the neatest look and the richest flavour.

Our minimum order weight for designer theme cakes is 1 kg.

The price depends on the design and level of customization of the cake and the flavour selected.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp message within 1 hour of placing your order.

You can check your order status by messaging us on WhatsApp.

We offer free delivery within 5 km distance from our location. Delivery charges will be applicable beyond that.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery service for classic and simple designer cakes. Designer cakes that take time to prepare should be ordered at least 1 day in advance.

Multi-tier cakes with figurines are put together using wooden dowels. Please make sure you these are removed post cake cutting and then served to your guests.

We always try our best to meet the specific delivery time slot, there can be deviation of +/- 45 minutes owing to traffic or other possible external factors beyond our control.

When ordered through the website you will receive WhatsApp messages at every step. You can also call us at +91 8527114690 to confirm the live status.

Return & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time by calling us at +91-8527114690 between Monday and Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm. Orders placed less than 48 hours before delivery are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Cancellation charges, if any, may apply on a case-to-case basis and the amount will be determined solely at the discretion of The Bakistry.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at +91-8527114690 if it is damaged or incorrect, so we can review the issue and resolve it for you.

As all products are custom-made to order and are perishable, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be taken back.

If your order suffers any damage or discrepancy during transit, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you and ensure a pleasant experience.

Once the cake has been handed over to you, the delivery process is considered complete and we cannot be held responsible for any issues or damages reported thereafter.

Delivery Policy

For all orders placed through this website, we offer delivery in five time slots: Morning (10 AM – 1 PM), Afternoon (1 PM – 4 PM), Evening (4 PM – 6 PM), Late evening (6 PM – 8 PM), Night (8 PM – 10 PM) and through cab and assisted delivery.

Your order can be delivered anytime during your chosen time slot; we do not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Please make sure that a responsible person is available at the delivery address to pickup/receive the cake during your chosen time slot.

We don't provide 'doorstep' cake delivery (for single tier cakes). The driver will bring the car to the ground floor level of the given address/location (e.g. outside your home/hotel/venue) or below your tower if you live in a gated community (for this, you need to approve his entry inside). Then, the recipient has to go and pick up the cake from the car.

If there is a particular instruction regarding delivery, you can inform us of the same at +91-8527114690 during our call timings, Monday - Sunday (10 am to 6 pm).

We and the delivery partner will make every effort to deliver your products within the chosen time slot. However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to late delivery. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by The Bakistry.

Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once at the address provided by you. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever (wrong address, incorrect phone number, recipient not available, premises locked, entry not allowed, recipient refused to accept), the order shall be considered complete, and re-delivery or a refund will not be an option.

We reserve the right to take additional delivery charges if the delivery address is changed after placing the order or while the cake is out for delivery, or if re-attempts are required.

Please note that it might not be possible to deliver to some locations due to narrow lanes, extreme traffic, unavailability of good motorable road etc. In such a case, the delivery partner will inform you and you might need to receive the cake from the nearest point till where the car can reach safely with the cake.

In case of uncontrollable, force majeure situations like extremely bad weather, heavy rains, waterlogging, civil disorder, strikes/bandhs, curfews/traffic jams or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays in arranging delivery cars. We request your cooperation in such cases which are out of our control. In such cases, The Bakistry reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for a later time/date.

Delivery System

We have a dedicated team that coordinates all cake pickups and deliveries with customers and may contact you by call or WhatsApp to plan timely dispatch of your cakes.

We provide two delivery options: 1) Standard Delivery (for single-tier cakes): Cakes are shipped in air-conditioned taxis booked through third-party services such as UBER, Rapido, or Ola. You are responsible for collecting the cake from the cab. 2) Assisted Delivery (for two-tier and larger cakes): A chef or a Bakistry team member personally brings the cake to you and completes a doorstep delivery.

When sending a cake as a gift, please provide only the recipient's mobile number at the time of placing the order and inform them to be available during the chosen delivery time slot. In many cases, recipients may refuse a surprise cake if they do not know who sent it or are not present at the delivery location during your selected time slot. Such unsuccessful deliveries will not be our responsibility and you will be fully accountable for managing these situations.

When the driver reaches your address/location, they will call the mobile number provided at the time of order. If you reside in a gated community, please authorize the driver's entry so they can reach your tower. Arrange for a responsible person to collect the cake from the vehicle and do not ask the driver to carry it, as they may mishandle it and cause damage.

Before taking the cake, inspect it and contact us immediately at +91-8527114690 if it is damaged or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you. If any discrepancies or transit damage occur, we will make every effort to assist and ensure a pleasant experience.

Handle the cake box with great care, keeping it level and supported with both hands—one under the base and one at the side—because a tilted box can cause the cake to fall.

Candles and a wooden knife will be provided in a packet taped to the cake box.

To remove the cake from the box, carefully cut open the sides of the box with a sharp knife and gently slide the cake out by holding the cake board.

For large, multi-tier cakes that may require on-site assistance, our team members or chefs will come to assemble and set them up at the venue. Your order may arrive at any time within your selected time slot; our team will share delivery details (ETA, driver's phone number, and approximate delivery charges for standard delivery) when dispatching the cake.
